Choosing to study ITIL on your own saves money, but doesn’t allow you to ask questions or gauge your comprehension or retention. It also doesn’t give you access to current and accredited sample exams. Scheduling a review session and “exam cram” with an Accredited Trainer from Knapp I.T. is a great way to set yourself up for success.
Our Exam Prep Boot Camp is an intensive course that prepares participants for the EXIN ITIL® V3 Foundation exam. Students receive an ITSMF V3 Pocket Guide and two sample exams to work from during class; there is no course binder, though a Foundations Binder can be ordered separately, along with additional sample exams. This course focuses solely on positioning students to pass the exam.
Students may choose to take this course as a half-day session (four hours), or a full-day session (seven hours).
This course can be delivered as a one-on-one session or with a group.
Prerequisites: Proof of self-study and/or proof of completion of an online course.
